A table. A scenario.
A situation that won't wait
In our scenarios, participants make plans, communicate and act, while the situation keeps changing around them.
Unlike traditional board games, there are no turns here.
No pauses, no breaks - just stress and decisions!
Our Real Time Wargaming approach, built on the RTW6 framework, uses simultaneous action and continous time. The rules stay light, so attention stays on decisions, people and consequences.
And don't worry - you do not need any gaming experience or specific historical knowledge. We'll guide you along the way.

"This in game leadership training is so well thought out and relevant for teams across organizations. My warmest recommendations!"
- Hans Flemming Jensen -

Why military history?
Why wargaming?
When it comes to decision making under pressure, military history offers the most comprehensive and best documented collection of case studies in the world. Here, we bring a little of that to life.
While the battlefields are simulated, wargaming allows participants to engage directly with real challenges like uncertainty, time pressure and incomplete information - in a very visceral way.
During our workshops, we use this as a key part of our process:
Play -> Reflect -> Play again -> Change

If you're now sitting there, thinking "Hmm... interesting!", then feel free to reach out. After all...
“Until you spread your wings, you’ll
have no idea how far you can fly.”
